OpenPhone Workflow Automation
The problem
The client needed to automate their communication management system in OpenPhone. They required two distinct workflows: one for incoming call logging and one for message logging. The primary objective was to eliminate manual data entry and maintain a centralized Google Sheet repository of all communication activities.
What we built
Using Pabbly Connect, we implemented two parallel workflows. Workflow 1 captures incoming calls, performs reverse phone lookup for location, and auto-populates Google Sheets. Workflow 2 handles received messages with similar geographic identification and deduplication logic.
The outcome
Same-day delivery (within 4 hours). The client received two fully functional automation workflows, real-time data logging, and a 5-star rating with a $10 tip.
